Concurrent Listeners means the number of simultaneous connections to a live stream at any one time. This value can be viewed in Portal in the "Listeners" box at the top of the station page.
All listener stats in Portal denote live, concurrent connections. Portal aggregates stream concurrents to produce station concurrent listener values. Similarly, station listener values can be aggregated in Branches.
